Guest guest Posted July 30, 2007 Report Share Posted July 30, 2007 To Start a Continuous Brew Lori Style: Into a 2 gallon container place: 1 scoby 3.25 cups of starter tea (~10%) 26.75 cups of sweetened tea Wait however many days it takes to get the taste you want, testing by inserting straw on the side of the tea and slurping up a taste each day until done. *********************************************************** *Remove Scoby. Stir kombucha well with non-metallic spoon. Remove 1 gallon of kombucha and bottle it. Add 1 gallon of sweetened tea back to 2 gallon container Put scoby back on top of tea. Refit cover over tea. Brew for required days, testing by inserting straw on the side of the tea and slurping up a taste each day until done.
