Guest guest
Joanie,Multiband Coherence Down is the name of a Design in your TLC package. It is a design which trains 4 frequency bands in the faster frequencies to reduce coherence below 40 at the same time, seeking to break up excessive fast linking in eyes-closed or eyes-open resting conditions. It could be useful if the client has high fastwave coherences in the assessment. The more groups of parietal neurons are locked together in beta frequencies, the less independently they can perform their tasks and the less effectively they will perform the complex job of processing and associating and integrating sensory information to be sent forward to the prefrontal. High fastwave coherence in the back of the head is a common finding in autism, where sensory defensiveness is often an issue.Pete-- Van Deusenpvdtlc@... http://www.brain-trainer.comUSA 305 433 3160BR 47 3346 6235The Learning Curve, Inc. That may help with more effective sensory processing. " Can you elaborate on what this " multiband " refers to and would this be a useful protocol for kids suffering with sensory issues, particularly tactile defensiveness/hyper-sensitivity?
