Since April 15th I have attempted many, many times to contact support@... and no reply

Does anyone know is this still a good email for support for BioExplorer? or is it closed, out of business?

I have a new Toshiba, laptop, Win7Home prem, 64bit system. I have downloaded latest BE 1.5 from web and it loaded. Looks like good install.

The problem -- in the BE program devices, there is no comport in the drop down boxes to attach an amplifier, ie A3

How / where do I find and get a port to be active?

The hasp loads and shows in the Device Mgr as it would in XP. BE comes up on screen as it should.

The wireless for PN shows as in other with a little yellow triangle. It is identified as wireless dongle. I have tried to load and reload these from web.

To Right click on the other and try to reload from this location does not work. --Same results--

From the screen system devices it appears com3 should be available. 1 & 2- -- 4 & 5 appear to be used by Win7

[ I'll try to attach two screen shots system devices and network adapters ]

I have just put in a new HD in another computer with XP --- BE loads 1 time and it loads, runs and looks good no problem.

I am the administrator

Any help would be appreciated----------In Win7 there are 7 versions-- is this an unknown version?

Thank you in advance

Dudley
