Volume will not work on DVD

Hi all, I thought I would try this list too since I am having problems that are

stopping my training:)

I can not get the volume to work with the DVD on my new computer. With XP, I

downloaded the DScaler and it then worked fine but now the video is working but

the audio is not. I downloaded the DScaler but it did not show up in my audio

or video options.

Anyone have any ideas for me?
