A spinal tap even sounds tremendously severe at this point. I'm not saying they might not be necessary tests as some point - but wow! Read up and get informed. I'm finding a lot of the doctors hear about in conferences, but I find even the good ones are not always up on the latest treatment methods like Singulair. There are some differences of opinion on approach to treatment, but if you are informed you can go a long way in making those decisions for your family. This is a fantastic resource. Do keep in mind, however, that there are folks that post that have children with different disorders, not all . Best of luck to you.
