Guest guest
Hi everybody, I have a couple of questions about HEG which I hope someone can answer. I have been doing neurofeedback for over a year with spectacular results. I got the TLC-equipment, however it soon became apparent that it was too complicated for me to treat myself, also because the severity of my problems. So I have kept on training at neurofeedback-compnay, which is still helping me greatly. However I still experience concentration problems, which is why I'm considering to also start and try HEG-biofeedback. Since my current NF-provider doesnt offer HEG, I should do the HEG-training at another company. However I also want to continue the neurofeedback-treatment with my current neurofeedback-provider. So, here are my questions: 1) What are the opinions about combining neurofeedback and HEG-training? Does anyone have an opinion about combining the two, however both at a different place? 2) How well suited to the treatment of concentration problems is HEG-training? 3) Do people ever experience undesirable effects from HEG-training? 4) How long-lasting are the results of HEG-training? 5) Compared to neurofeedback, how difficult is it to treat oneself with HEG-training? Thanks for reading this!! Annemiek
