Both Wade and myself are going to share experiences with a plastic surgeon in Porto Alegre (Brazil); he is one of the most prestigious surgeons performing “Bioplasty”, their name for the use of injectable fillers for either cosmetic or reconstructive procedures. My rationale around this visit is that Dr. Nacul does cosmetic work basically, opposed to myself that focus on the reconstructive aspect. Navigating through pictures of my patients, I came to the conclusion that a wasted butt needs both reconstructive and cosmetic work to get the best results. Cosmetic is done basically injecting the filler between the gluteal muscles, whereas reconstructive is a subdermal layer replacing the loss fat that creates flat triangles around the anus, flattens the upper gluteal areas, and so on. What I believe is that by combining techniques, results are going to be outstanding, and the price will remain the same, if not less (provided that we are able to optimize the use of the product). Yesterday we had one of the first butt augmentation patients treated with “my” brand of PMMA. I couldn’t believe how great he looked and how natural the results were. As per his request, a half session (50 ccs) was performed for a more bubble appearance. We will be adding his pictures to facialwasting.net shortly. I am extremely pleased with this product! By the way, the site is changing soon to www.skinalerts.com in order to avoid confusion with ’s wonderful service/web page and also to advertise in a more subtle way... Best wishes for you and Tony, .
