Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 Hello, my name is Brink and I am a mother of a 5 year old boy who was diagnosed with syndrome about 4 months ago. Since my son was born he has had frequent high fevers and just about a year ago I started keeping track of how frequent they were, about every 4 weeks. He had blood work done and the doctor came to the conclusion that he had the syndrome. He starts kindergarten next year and because he has missed many days of preschool already this year my husband, doctor and I have opted to have him get his tonsils out. He is scheduled for a tonsilectomy and adenoidectomy the beginning of February. We are praying that this works. It couldn't hurt. I hate seeing him so miserable. Well that's that in a nut shell. If anyone has tried this please let me know how it turned out.
