Lily having her T&A this Friday

Hi friends,

Just a quick note to let you know that Lily is going to have her T & A

this Friday. We are very nervous yet very hopeful and know in our

hearts that it is the right thing to do. Thanks to all of you I was

armed and prepared with all of the necessary information to present to

our pediatric ENT. He is not all that familiar with but luckily

is open and understanding of the concerns we have. Really, had I not

ever found this group I would still be fretting and feeling so alone.

Your comments and advice have been so helpful. So, after the surgery it

will be the waiting game to see if the fevers stop. We just can't go on

watching her suffer and pumping med's and steroids into her for the

next 10 years. Wish us luck!
