Guest guest
I had a client that I was training SMR up for. I moved from one kind of feedback for that to Barry Sterman's post reward pause feedback because I wasn't realy seeing that much trending in sessions or between them. Even though the client was sleeping better, there hand writing was still shakey so I tested out the Steman reward scheme and the learning curve was quite clear not only durring sessions but also between them. The client also reported that ther hands were not shaking for several days after each session. I also discovered through looking at the trends in the data, that 12 minutes into the session maiximal gains in SMR were being produced that would taper off as the length of the session increased. So now I can test out if ending the session before to much degradation in the in session learning produces more robut change in functioning as evidenced by the between session learing curves and there goals and symptoms.
