Guest guest
Margaret,I can open the text file as an image, but I can't download it, so I can't play with it.There is almost certainly something you are doing that is causing the problem. Perhaps the easiest thing would be for us to get online for a few minutes and let me watch you. One question: when you open the artifacted text file after you've processed it, how many lines does it have in it?Should be two lines blank at top (except a number 1 in the first column first row and a number 2 in the first column second row) Then the line with the header. Then three lines of data.My guess is that you will have only one " blank " line at the top of the file.Pete-- Van Deusenpvdtlc@... http://www.brain-trainer.comUSA 305 433 3160BR 47 3346 6235The Learning Curve, Inc. Some files work, some don't. I open the file hit ctrl-shift-s remove all the red artifact lines from the 3 time sections; 0-60, 61-120, 121-180 I hit ctrl-shift-f I get the result, DIV/0 in the time section 121-180 I've tried lots of dfferent things and it only seems to happen when I delete all the artifact lines from the 1st and 3rd sections (in this particular file). I don't think its anything to do with how I select the data. I would like to debug the macro but I don't know how to. I think its a bug I have attached the text file I'm trying to artifact. Is this something you can help me with or could someone have a look at my text file? Thanks, Margaret.
