thanks for the wonderfulll answers which help me and my client.

i have some question regarding to heg ,eeg and the relationship between.

1. if heg enable us to activate the frontal lobe' blood and oxygen etc. how its

effect the eeg? (maybe more beta less alpha and theta?)

2. in hot cingulate---what do you think will be if i will train with Nir Heg at

Fz-Cz_ or Cz-Pz ? do you think it will be effective with blocking issue?

3. what is the Attention Index? and how it diffrent from Heg ratio? (i feel that

while i am train with the attention index the results are more effective--)

4. is it possible to buy training hours? by mail phone etc?
