Videos not Playing in Windows Media Player

Hi ,

I downloaded the Practicum and Level 2 material. The only problem I seem to encounter is that the videos won't play in Windows Media Player. I get the following error messaage:

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer"

I have Windows 7 and Win Media Player 12. I checked the video file's properties but it doesn't show which video and audio codecs were used. I will appreciate it if you could point me to the correct codec.

P.S. I have installed a packet of codecs but the challenge persists
