Guest guest
Hey there Connie- The easiest way I have discovered to find smr in a young child is to train them at what you think it is according to their age (peak alpha) then depending on what the parent reports in how they are acting within the 24 hours of training is which way you move it. Take yoru time and sometimes it may take a few times but you can really pinpoint it when you do it this way. I have a little boy that 9.7-12.7 was way better than 9.5-12.5 so don't be afraid to be very precise it is worth it especially with young kids. Their brains are so sensitive and you can really make the difference with the smallest changes.
