setting a delay betwen rewards in biograph infinity

I'm trying to get up 1-2 second refractory periods between rewards that Barry

Sterman and Lubar use on biograph infinity. Has any one been able to do

this with that software. On the link instrument settings there a " non-

responsive " setting that is supposed to do this but putting in diferrent numbers

for the delay does nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated.
