Guest guest
Hi, I have a question about whether the neurofeedback I did this afternoon may have triggered a spasm. I inhibited 23-55 at C3A1gP3A1(L) for 15 minutes. This is recommend for sleep. Followed by a routine I have used to quieten the temporals. I inhibite 1-6.5, 17-55 T3A1gP3A2(L) for 20 minutes. About twenty minutes later while eating my right jaw went into spasm. I felt relaxed and calm after the training. It mostly subsided in about 10 minutes, but at first I could not bite down with my jaw. Five hours later it just feels sore. I wondered if the spasm could be related to any of the down training I did on the right side. Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.
