Additionally what then happens is that the pendant says connecting and then it

connects again. Of course everything stops for a few moments and then

continues.

some of the time. How can I get the pendant to sync with the dongle so that

this error message does not occur. Any ideas?

Be sure there is a line of sight between the receiver and the pendant.

Hi james,

In my experience this occurs when there is

something blocking the communication between the pendant and the dongle.

Sometimes you simply have to just move or adjust the location of the pendant or

put the dongle on the extender and move it closer and within eye shot of the

pendant to eliminate the sync error. Jeff

Subject: SyncError

and Pendant

Hi all...

Does anyone have any idea how to correct this problem. When I am running a

protocol I am often observing that the Pendant says Sync Error. This happens

for for 1, 2 or 3 sec and then it resumes. This is not happening all the time

but some of the time. How can I get the pendant to sync with the dongle so that

this error message does not occur. Any ideas?

Thanks
