What designs do people typically use to train EEG?

I'm just getting started now with the pendant and EEG. I have downloaded the BE

" designs " and I see that they're sort of structures, that need to be " filled in "

with content.

Question 1A:

What do people here generally use to train with? Let's say you're going to do

the following training, as per a TLC training plan:

T3/T4 1 channel/1 inhibit 12-38Hz EC or EO 5mins/20mins

and your subject is a fidgety 16-year-old kid (or even a fidgety 59-year-old

woman)

Do you put on a DVD for 5 minutes? Do you play a video for 5 minutes?

A flash game? and is everything going to be On/Off? That is, when you attain the

threshold, " Whatever " goes on, and when you don't attain the threshold,

" Whatever " shuts off?

Is it always binary like that?

Questions 1B:

and -- let's say you're doing more meditative alpha/theta training -- also an

On/Off deal?

Thank you!

Question 2:

I am looking at designs for BE (or maybe I mean " content " , now that it seems

" design " means something more fundamental to BE, more like a " shell " , perhaps),

and I " m seeing e.g. designs being sold on one of those sites that

sells EEG equipment and it's saying these are AVIs that can be used with BE OR

Thought Technology Infiniti OR this or that software, and now I'm thinking,

hmmmm.... could this possibly mean that I could COPY the AVIs that came with my

Infinit software INTO my new BioExplorer software video screens??

That would be amazing and quite a surprise.

So those are my 2-3 questions, thanks in advance for reading.
