Guest guest
I still don't get the difference in each of the types of Selenium. I have been buying 200mcg Selenium from GNC and cheaper 200mcg Selenium from Natures Farm. Nothing on the outside of the container is any different. Does anyone know for sure? Guest guest
HI Dizzy, I buy Publix brand Selenium 200mcg, and that works for me. My t cells boosted again to 350 from 198, so that satisfies me. but I also take a multivitamin and vitamin C and I try to eat well, or at least the best I can. I do southern food (ie "soul food") and have kept the weight on from a low of 120 and have been 155 for some time now, so good food has a part in al the puzzle. So, I think that whatever works for you, go for it. Many of us can't afford the expensive products that some people have the luxury of having. Guest guest
Hmmm... sometimes one has to read the " fine print " . GNC's " Selenium 200 " ($5.49 / 100 tablets)on the back of the label in a chart named Supplement Facts, underneath the line that lists the amount per serving as Selenium 200 mcg there is listed the phrase " as Selenomax® Selenium Yeast. Here is an example: Supplement Facts Amount per serving Selenium 200 mcg (as Selenomax Selenium Yeast) And this supplement tastes like " brewers yeast " .
