Radiesse® treatment is customized for each patient and typically depends upon factors such as the amount of product used and the number of office visits required. Because the Radiesse formula provides both immediate and long-lasting results, you get great value and a convenient treatment requiring fewer office visits to get long-lasting results.

Radiesse Patient Access Program

BioForm Medical Inc. is committed to helping people with HIV-associated Facial Lipoatrophy get Radiesse treatment. To help patients afford treatment, BioForm offers a Radiesse Patient Access Program to help patients get Radiesse. See below for information on eligibility criteria and how to apply.

Who is Eligible?

In order to qualify for the discounted Radiesse price under the Patient Access Program, the patient must:

Have Facial Lipoatrophy associated with HIV-treatment Lack private or public prescription healthcare insurance coverage for Radiesse, such as HMO or PPO, and Earn less than $80,000 per year

How Do I Apply?

Visit a licensed HIV care physician in the United States who has completed Radiesse training. Ask your HIV physician to complete the Radiesse Patient Access Program application form and attach your most recent proof of annual income, such as a Federal Tax Return. If approved, BioForm will ship up to six 1.3cc syringes of Radiesse at discounted pricing to your HIV care physician within two weeks.

Please Note: The cost of Radiesse under the Patient Access Program depends on a patient's income. Also, while BioForm will make every effort to provide access to the Radiesse Patient Access Program for eligible patients, the program is limited to available resources and may be discontinued or revised at any time without further notice.

So does anyone have any idea of how much this stuff costs? They

pretty much dodge the question in this overview, except to say that

the Patient Assistance Program will get you up to 6 syringes of 1.3cc

each if you're approved. That's only 7.8cc of Radiesse. Is that a

lot? It doesn't sound like much compared to the equivalent of PMMA

or Bio Alcamid, especially since it's not permanent....?
