Guest guest
Some degree of gum recession is inevitable with aging. It is complicated by periodontal disease.Be sure to floss regularly, and of course, brush. You can make the problem worse with too-stiff toothbrushes or hard brushing of the gums. Barrowpozbod@... Guest guest
i've had gum problems from both smoking and meds. i agree that a waterpic is the #1 solution, but it would be hard for me to use twice a day, once seems to do the trick for me.i also have a prescription of flouride toothpaste. it costs ten bucks but it's worth it because a little goes a long way, especially if you use a waterpic before using the paste. __________________________________________________
