I'm disgusted to....

Hi Every1

Sorry to use a strong word but all I can say is " SHIT " and thats

being a little nice about it.Here I am feeling better,didn't have a

fever for 2weeks.I was taking the 60mg of prednisone(40 morning + 20

4:00pm)and feeling good now the rheumy drops the pred to 10mg at

4:00pm and 2 days later,I wake up this morning with a 103 fever.What

is going on?

Which brings me to the question of timeing.I would take the first

dose of pred around 5:30am,but had taking a tylenole pm around 2am

and it made me sleep till 6:30am and woke-up feel crapy(zoned

out).wonder if this could be the reason for the fever,figuring I took

10mg less the night before then went an extra hr the next morning to

take my normal dose and by the time it kicks in another 1/2 hr,might

have put my system out of wack.I did not get any joint pain not yet

anyway,and the rash didn't come out but this fever has me all flush

and hot.I just started sweating as I'm typing this and its making me

feel better.

Some1 had posted something about caffeine and sleeping at

night,keeping them up.Well I stay away from caffeine and sugar and

still don't get any sleep.Coughs yup as i was having that fever spike

this morning,I was coughing(went away now).For seasonal patterns I

believe it does.I first became sick in May 15,2000 and it flared up

after 2yrs June 15,2002.

One more thing and I'll shut-up.Would it be wrong to go right on

Embriel before trying some of the other drugs like MTX.I 'm tired of

this thing and want to break out the big guns now.

Sorry I can't give people more advise to some of their question since

I'm new to the desease.I really like to thank every1 for all the

advise that was given to me.
