This new nefarious method of making the seeds sterile so that farmers have to buy new seeds for every crop instead of using some from their own harvest? Inger Inger, Yes I have heard about that. Only a few of the big agricorps were trying that but they have all stopped. Monsanto might still be pursuing that, but if they are they are the only ones. If any corporation actually puts out a product like that they would be in for a world of hurt from publicity, private lawsuits and government action. Most farmers do buy seeds every year, in the developed world anyway. It would be the small sustanance farmers and the Third World that would be hit the hardest by that. The small farmers might not be able to do much, but a coalition of nations could raise enough stink to force action against those firms. P.S. Good to see you back.
