Guest guest
I talked to my favorite RN today, and she gave me this website to browse, It's http://hivandhepatitis.com/ Go there, then click "HIV/AIDS, then scroll to "experimental drugs". Several new classes of drugs are forthcoming. She said that many of these will be great for those of us that have many resistance patterns. I will be in 3rd stage trials for MK 0518, TMC 125, and Maravine (sp?), and I'm not resistant to protease inhibitors, so I'll actually, for the first time, have 3 new drugs, and several differents classes of drugs as well. We're waiting till I get all of them in my hands before I start my 042 meds again. I've been on drug holiday since Sept. T cells are the same, viral load isn't bad, considering all. (32000) My virus should be undetectable in no time! I'm excited that the drug companies realize that many of us are on salvage therapy and are developing drugs just for us. __________________________________________________
