They might have thought your back was being unnecessarily strained. However, that guy who acted inappropriately could stand to have action taken. Does the hospital have a complaints department? Someone, (not you) might send a letter regarding the behavior to the hospital administration. Bad apples may not be indicative of most employees of an organization. I say someone besides you because a third party can often get closer attention than you would. As in, your parents or a lawyer (make sure ther's a case first) If you love something, set it free! So it is with books.
