This should make those of us who refuse to provide contraception, sterilization or abortion slightly nervous -- this is the first glimmer of what is coming (see link below) Where Are The Doctors?

Now watch the leading physicians of ACOG, AMA and others tell the public how "good" these products and services are. There are more of "them" than there are of us, and right now it seems America is determining truth by poll...

No surprise either that this comes right before the Fortnight of Freedom and efforts by the Catholic Church to turn the debate back towards how this is really about "religious freedom". The press will try and convince America that no one needs this brand of religious freedom - a Church who would discrimate against homosexuals, push women's rights into the dark ages by denying contraception and make access to needed preventative services harder...

We need to make this about the grave threat to freedom of conscience, religious liberty and natural law that this truly represents. In Him,

I think there should be a CMA response along the lines of Helen Alvare: "Where are the doctors?" "Here we are!" Should we write an open letter and then gain signitures.
