Also, I'm sure this is answered somewhere here already, but couldn't find it quickly. Which is preferred for coconut oil, extra virgin centrifuge extracted or extra virgin cold pressed? Both are certified organic. I've mostly used Tropical Traditions in the past and am looking to order a large amount of oil to divi up with friends.
