Sourdough Bread

I currently make a sourdough bread with flour, starter, water and salt--NO

yeast. The bread is short and dense and my husband loves it, but my son is

less than happy. He still wants bread that looks 'big and normal like Co-op'

bread--large enough slices to make a 'normal' sandwiches.

Does anyone have a recipe that will accomplish this without yeast?
