Guest guest
I've been put on hiatus on TX for 1-1/2 weeks. My hemoglobin dropped to 9.9. So Saturday morning I went to the drs. to get my iron shot. The nurse never did one before and she pierced the nerve in my hip. By evening I was rushed to the emergency room--my right leg was numb and the muscles around the spine started to inflame. Now I have to watch out for any fever or uncontrolable bowels/incontinence. If this happens, the nurse may have hit the nerve that affects those two fuctions. It's bad enough I feel like sh*t and like I'm dying from the TX, but now to have this happen. I spent the rest of the weekend crying. The pain is so bad, I can't lay down to sleep. I'm only 14 weeks into treatment and I'm physically and mentally tapped out. Family was out of town and I had no way to contact anyone. And with all of this, I " m still going to work daily. My coworkers don't know a thing about my situation--only the boss. I have the feeling I'm not going to make it through the treatment. I'm constantly dizzy, brain fog, brain sparking, nausea, bronchiorestriction, lack of sleep, etc. Can't eat because of the nausea, which is really messing up my strength. I feel like the TX is going to burn me out or kill me. Gav __________________________________________________
