so do any of you suffer from Fibermyaliga and CFS also?

and i'm going to add a list of symptoms I have an could someone please tell me which of these are also assocated with Hep C and if i should take this list with me to the Dr tomrow? it's kind of long sorry.... but it is a list of Fibro symtoms that I have...
