Attention all you lovers of delicious, nutritious, farm-fresh, pasture-raised

EGGS!

Do you suffer from unsightly hard boiled eggs that are darn near impossible to

peel? Do your eggs end up with pits and divots that make it look like your eggs

fell down a rocky slope? Do you shy away from bringing deviled eggs to family

gatherings and potlucks? Do you suffer the embarrassment and frustration of

getting mad at an egg because you can't remove that thick, healthy shell?

Well, I've got an easy solution. Just steam your farm-fresh eggs instead of

boiling, and they will be easy to peel. Use any type of covered steamer that

holds them above the water. Once the water begins to boil, simmer for 11-12

minutes, and that's it!

Happy steaming, and bon appetit.
