Guest guest
I recently borrowed my neighbor a copy of " nourishing traditions " by sally fallon. She is very interested in changing her diet. The problem is, is that her husband recently lost his job and their family is limited to buying foods with their EBT card. Does anyone know of any stores or coops in the twin cities area that sell good quality eggs, honey, chicken, meats, ingredients for making broth, etc. that accept ebt cards? I would love to be able to give her a few recommendations as to where to start. I know whole foods accepts EBT cards but they just don't have a very good selection of ingredients to make broth, or good honey. thanks guys!
