My thought is that too many herbs like this is not a problem. If anything, it must be wonderful for getting great vitamins, etc. And the thing that are in excess in her body would just be eliminated naturally without any side-effects???? That's my gut. Personally, I couldn't have JUST an herb salad. I would have to mix greens in just for taste. Any thoughts. " I thought you might know the answer to my question. I like the strong flavor of raw herbs an just recently I started making salads from the herbs. I grow them so I run out in the morning and garb a salad size bag of the herbs. They are totally organic. I have a mixture of Basil, two types of Parsely, Cilantro, Mint Fennel, Sage, Rosemary and some other stuff. Do you think there is any health issue in eating all this stuff in this amount and daily. Next week I am planting some lettuce, hot peppers and chives or onions to add to mix but it will take a while for it to mature.
