Kindersite Project and Autism

I apologise for writing to the group again so soon.

I have receieved a number of requests from parents and professionals

involved with Autistic children asking for a more detailed explanation

of what help the Kindersite is looking for from them, so here goes:

At this stage I am asking parents/professionals to use the Kindersite

with their Autistic children and write to me with any positive or

negative general observations.

I would also like to know what items of content were used, how long

they were used for and context (home, school etc.). It would be useful

if you could include the age of child and type of Autism, I do not

want any other personal details of the child. I am not looking for a

deep scientific analysis but just indicative results.

As I said in my previous message, the purpose of this is that we hope

that by gaining your feedback we can construct a research proposal to

gain a realistic understanding of how and if the use of particular

online content can be useful in the Autistic field or related fields.
