Guest guest
My sister's husband died and she lives on the other side of the country. I did not know my brother in law well (they had only been married a short time) and his service conflicts with my daughter dance recital that she has been working on for months, so I have decided not to go be with my sister. (one benefit of being in a large family is that I have two other sisters who are able to attend.). But I would still like to do something for my sister. I was thinking I would Ike to send her meals, but how could I send them to her without them spoiling in transit? Any ideas of how I might nourish her nutritionally from my far distance? My two sisters who are going are from another state, so sending meals with them is not an option. I really have my heart set on food because it is so easy to et garbage when under emotional stress and really feel like this is what she really needs.... Any ideas welcome.
