Have you considered buy sheet cork and cutting your own gaskets? I can't give

you a resource for buying it, but I am sure it can be found. Cork would be a

pretty neutral/natural material.

(I come from a long line of make-do people, who have cut gaskets for cars out of

sheets of gasket materials.)
