Guest guest
Any word on the outcome of the third party intervenors? Are they responsible for the $1900 to dispose of the embargoed products? Guest guest
Good news for us too Deanna. Judge Stacey said it was not his intention to hold the intervenors responsible for the disposal costs. On with educating our legislators about why this product and this bill need to move forward. love and gratitude, Barb Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Re: listen to MPR at 4:45 to hear GOOD NEWS! Guest guest
Wonderful news!!! Thanks for sharing Kathy-Jo....this is so much better news than the not-impartial story MPR ran yesterday!!!
Guest guest
Fwd of a Message from Mike directly last night..... Judge Stacey dismissed the " contempt " charges against him after he offered a log of embargoed foods that had been consumed by his family and for other private use. Pending for the family is still the determination of the cost of destroying the embargoed foods; and, still pending is Mike's counter claim requesting proof of the Department of Agriculture's jurisdiction in all of the proceedings from May 2010 forward. As I am given information directly by the family, I will pass it on to you, the extended " farm family. "
