Guest guest Posted December 18, 2010 Report Share Posted December 18, 2010 I'm looking for offal (ie: liver, lungs, heart, kidneys, etc) organ meats from traditionally raised fowl of all kinds (duck, goose, chicken, turkey, pheasant, quail, game hens, and what have you) Also any excess fat from the same birds is welcome as long as it's totally unprocessed. I would buy fairly large quantities at a time, as in 5+ lbs or more, though I will happily take less than that too, whatever is available.
