Where to find fresh coconuts?

Does anyone know where I can source fresh young coconuts (for water) and and

also brown coconuts (for meat). I know I can buy them at Cub of all places, but

I'm pretty sure they're irradiated, nonetheless dried up and dead.

I did find some out of Florida that are no doubt fresh, but shipping via UPS is

outrageous. It's $66 to my door for a dozen fresh, which comes out to $5.50 each

($2/ea before shipping). Forget that.

WFN and Tropical Traditions are no bueno for anything fresh.

Next step is to try local Thai markets, etc...but don't really know where they

are.
