Traditional Pate

Hi All,

I was hit with a craving for pate a few days back and began passively scouring

the area for it. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to be paying $15/lb for

pate or something like $30/lb for rillettes. So I'm wondering if anyone knows of

a source in the cities that sells decent pate or rillettes for a more suitable

price. I know, good food costs big money usually, and typically I'm ok with that

because it's worth it to help save the farmer, save the planet and save myself

and my family! However my finances are in the red zone at present with no

respite in sight. I will make the delicacy myself if I have to, but if anyone

knows of an inexpensive source, I'd be grateful!

Enjoy the snow!
