Sounds interesting but I can't find a recipe or anything overly specific about the cheese itself. I assume it is a hard or semi-hard cheese and I know it is soaked in wine for a bit to get the flavor and color in the rind. It is also called Quesco do Cabra al Vino. Anyone know anything about it?
