Anyone ever had or made Drunken Goat Cheese?

In bopping around the web I found what is called Drunken Goat Cheese. Sounds

interesting but I can't find a recipe or anything overly specific about the

cheese itself.

I assume it is a hard or semi-hard cheese and I know it is soaked in wine for a

bit to get the flavor and color in the rind.

It is also called Quesco do Cabra al Vino.

Anyone know anything about it?

Semi hard cheese soaked in red wine would be a great description.
