Guest guest Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 I do not want to patronize Organic Valley because of what they are doing to small farmers, and how they are participating in the FDAs 2010 goals to make raw milk inaccessible to us. However, I am feeling very frustrated with certain products. I can not find a non conventional source of cream cheese, and many cheeses. Have any of you found alternative sources? I have discovered a delicious raw cheddar cheese from Next Generation that is wonderful. And while we do not have access to our raw butter, Pastureland tastes pretty good, although of course it is pasteurized. I know whole foods has their own line, but I have no idea how good it is, and frankly, I am almost as disgusted with whole foods as organic valley because of how they have pulled all raw dairy from their store, as well as the kombucha fiasco they seem to have fabricated.
