Guest guest
Does anyone know any more about this outrage? Monsanto's Neotame molecule, an aspartame clone containing 3-dimethylbutyl (listed on EPA's most hazardous chemical list) is now allowed in USDA certified organic foods WITHOUT BEING INCLUDED IN THE INGREDIENTS LABEL " And it seems they also changed the name of aspartame to " Amino Sweet. " Neotame is also used in a new Nutra Sweet Company product called " Sweetos " which is now being put in cattle feed to replace the more expensive molasses formerly used " to mask the unpleasant taste and odor " of the toxic mix they feed to the animals. Presumably it can also be fed to animals whose products are USDA certified organic, since it wouldn't be listed in the ingredients of " organic " feed. You can read the whole article, by Nash Stoddard, here: http://foodfreedom.wordpress.com/2010/12/22/monsantos-neotame-molecule-a\ llowed-in-usda-certified-organic-foods/ <http://foodfreedom.wordpress.com/2010/12/22/monsantos-neotame-molecule-\ allowed-in-usda-certified-organic-foods/>
