Hi Folks:

Thought you all might enjoy this one. Corrado, the woman on the

cover, is well known in traditional foods and holistic parenting groups in

the DC area where I was living until a few months ago. She teaches many

excellent hands-on approachable classes and makes good eating practical and

accessible. The article appears in the Washington Post food section today.

I thought it was really nicely done!
