We are told in nursing school that no baby is late walking until they are 15

months old. never crawled, she went

from scooting to walking. Macey was late and started walking at 18 months

finally.

Of course you should mention it to the doctor. But to make you feel better, I

always heard that kids who are ahead verbally are often behind on their motor

skills, and vice versa. I've only known two examples, and they are opposite

of your concern -- they walked or did motor stuff well but didn't talk until

very late. Both those kids are/were considered average or normal.
