Guest guest
I appreciate your calm and groundedness Anne. Yes I do agree that by seeing what is around us in regards to raw milk status in other states, we have the opportunity to begin something new here. By looking into how other communities across the country began their journey to the legalization of raw milk in their state, will help us formulate ours. Here in Minnesota much is already going on. Consumer's are aware that their right to choose has been and is challenged. Rage is not the solution. Constructive gathering of knowledge, weaving the farmer's and consumer's across the state together into a strong and viable voice is going to change our legislature. One good note here, I have not once received any personal acknowledgement from anyone from the House or Senate about the S510 bill until yesterday. I received an email from Congressman sen who voted against the bill and shared his reasons why. I will be in contact with him, as well as copy his message to our other elected officials in government ~ showing what a " true response is " instead of a generalized one. Let's ALL keep up our optimism, for WE ARE THE ONE'S WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!! Change can only happen from our good hearts, hands, focusing and willingness to stand as a solid community. Happy Winter Solstice and Happy Holidays to one and all.
