Guest guest
I hope all of you are signed up on her newsletters - she's so down-to-earth real and inspirational. I am soooooooooo glad she'll be coming out to Israel in January. There've been lots of wonderful things she's been writing - all kind of the same message, eat better. Here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/christina-pirello/why-its-so-hard-not-to-be_b_262233.html she makes a teeny-weeny mistake. She puts alot of the blame on fast foods, ready-made foods, pre-packaged foods, etc. Unfortunately, that's just part of the sad obesity picture. One can be a great cook and still cook lots of the fatty foods. One can be vegetarian and fill up with loads of nuts, nut butters, breads, crackers, tofu substitute dishes (including ice cream), One can also be practicing mb and still not be eating healthily. overeating, eating at night, noshing, and not be eating balanced. And she promised a future article on exercise (way of life, which includes even more than just exercise, attitude, gratefulness, regular meals, sleep, etc). But if she reduces even a little all the attraction to fast foods, she'll have done alot. Here http://christinacooksblog.blogspot.com/ she's got more of the same - read and enjoy. Porter's blog also has some great stuff. What a great idea to create a week long chew-athon - good for everyone, no matter what you're eating. See http://www.hipchicksmacrobiotics.com/blog/ and pass it on. Klara
