Guest guest
from Dale, Mom to Katy, age 17, CVID Wishing each and every one of you a Happy New Year. We got home just a few hours ago and I have quickly scanned e-mails. Sounds like a typical winter wonderland for our pumpkins!!! We put in over 5000 miles in the mini-van. But with Katy and her older brother, , helping with the driving -- we had a great time together. Saw snow in Utah -- even though Katy was running a fever (another sinus infection), she and I went out and threw snow balls at each other. There was only about 2 inches on the ground, but she's always wanted to make a snow angel -- so she did! We laughed until we cried. We made lots of good memories -- with only one ER visit to rule out strep and then a call to her wonderful pediatrician who called in antibiotics to an out-of-state pharmacy for us. My back seems no worse for the trip -- and actually quite a bit better. Now, if I can just wade through all the laundry and this pile of junk that we unloaded from the car!!! May God bless you with another wonderful year with those you love, In His service, Dale
