The Adhd-Autism Connection : A Step Toward More Accurate Diagnoses and Effective Treatments by Diane Kennedy, et al (Paperback)which makes a very convincing comparison of higher functioning autism disorder and ADHD. Excellent and helpful/hopeful book written by a parent who's been there. I really do believe that in the next decade we will be looking more at brain modules that are functioning poorly or malfunctioning and what can and cannot be done (medically, remedially, accomodationally) rather than at the labels we currently use that cover a lot of territory and a variety of brain functions.Here's the Amazon.com link:
