Hi ! Think Positive! The real important test is after 12 weeks

of Tx ESPECIALLY for Geno 1's like you. Most of us never had an

early look as that is a new procedure that very few Drs do yet. Like

Jackie said, when we did Tx the benchmark was dropping at least 1

log (yep only 1 by 12 weeks), and then they raised that to a 2 Log

Drop as a " better predictor " of one having success on Tx. Now they

realize that, for some, if they dont clear by 12 weeks, but have

shown at least a log or 2 drop but do clear by 24 weeks, then they

are a candidtate to stay on Tx for up to a year after clearing

because it just increases ones chances. The operative word here

is " best chances " . Right now you have shown a Drop within the first

4 weeks! Know What? ANY Drop is GREAT and a 1 Log Drop this early

IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Now you can BE HAPPY!! Plus, consider yourself

very lucky to be able to get Procrit to help you get thru Tx. Just

ask Jackie, she had to Kick and Scream to get it several years ago,

and Kick and Scream she did (!!) and Clear the Virus she did and you

will too! Just click on my Profile if you need a little

encouragement and dont hesitate to contact me or anyone here for all

the positive reinforcement (and Hugs!) you need. Thats why us

Heppers keep coming back.

HERES TO YOUR SUCCESS ON TX!!! Marcus
